ECI Bye Election 2015 Polling Maharashtra, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand:

The Election Commission of India ECI had released an notification regarding the upcoming Bye Election 2015 to the state Legislative assemblies of Maharashtra, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

In the state of Maharashtra the Bye Election 2015 is to be conducted for the Assembly Constituencies of 176-Vandre East and 287-Tasgaon-Kavathe Mahankal.

Like wise the state of Punjab the Bye Election 2015 will be conducted to 107-Dhuri Assembly Constituency, for the Assembly constituencies of 231-Charkhari, 315-Pharenda and 358-Rasara of Uttar Pradesh state and for the 28-Bhagwapur (SC) assembly constituency of Uttarakhand state.

Previously the notification regarding the Bye Election 2015 to state Legislative assemblies of Maharashtra, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand was released on 17th March 2015, Tuesday and the last date for nominations making was mentioned as 24th March 2015, Tuesday.

The scrutiny of nominations done on 25th March 2015, Wednesday and the candidatures withdrawal last date was specified as 27th March 2015, Friday.

The voting to the state Legislative assemblies of Maharashtra, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand is scheduled to be held at various polling stations on 11th April 2015, Saturday.

The Election commission of India will be counting the votes for the state Legislative assemblies of Maharashtra, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Bye Election 2015 on 15th April 2015, Wednesday and the results of winning party candidates name list will be released.
